Join us for a two-day professional learning experience designed for educators who want practical, engaging ways to teach personal finance and economics.
FIT Camp Austin will equip participants with classroom-ready lessons, discussion strategies, and applied activities that help students think more clearly about money, decision-making, incentives, and economic life.

Earn While You Learn!
Hosted at The University of Texas at Austin, this workshop brings together educators and presenters who are passionate about helping teachers build student understanding through relevant, interactive instruction. Whether you teach economics, personal finance, business, social studies, or related courses, you will leave with useful tools you can apply right away.
*Only active educators (public, private, collegiate, homeschool, and co-op) are eligible for the stipend(s). FIT Certification must be completed by August 1, 2026 for the additional $50 stipend eligibility.
- Attend one day of training and receive $50
- Attend both days of training and receive $100
- Earn an extra $50 for being FIT certified
WHAT TO EXPECT
Day 2 will focus more on financial literacy and the economic way of thinking, helping teachers connect core economic concepts to classroom discussion and current issues.
